Ministry Development

Purpose

The purpose of Ministry Development is to help disciples identify their passion for God’s Kingdom work,
prepare them for working in the harvest around the world, mobilize them to fulfill God’s calling on their life,
and supply and ministry of support to help keep them engaged in the work long term.

Process

IDENTIFY – We want to help Christ followers identify their passion for God’s Kingdom work and determine how they can best be used to ignite movements of disciple making.

PREPARE – We want to help Christ followers identify their ministry purpose, develop a ministry plan, create a strategic ministry process, and work toward producing a clear end product.

MOBILIZE – We want to help mobilize Christ followers to fulfill their work in God’s Kingdom as they make disciples who make disciples.

SUPPORT – We want to supply a ministry of support to disciple makers who seek to ignite movements of disciple making long term.
